At DSR Harcourts, I have three primary responsibilities. The first is to ensure that your order is completed to your satisfaction. DSR Harcourts production staff and myself oversee all the details of your order, from cutting to shipping. Secondly, quality control is an important aspect of my duties; in keeping with our mandate to provide the finest quality goods and craftsmanship possible, while assuring your orders are shipped to you in a timely manner. Finally, I oversee all the Accounting functions of the firm.

Welcome, and how can I assist you?

As the Sales Manager for DSR Harcourts I have a variety of tasks for which I am responsible. Regarding Academic orders, I can assist you in designing new regalia for your institution, or help you to find your specific regalia for your graduating institute. Convocation Gowns and Hoods are a centuries old symbol of achievement and are custom made to exacting specifications in the traditional manner. I can also help you to gather information regarding Legal attire and accessories. Clergy and Choir attire can also be discussed and designed to fit your requirements. We enjoy helping our customers to design something that is unique to their needs and we hope that you will allow our experienced staff to help you with all your regalia needs.

Hello.

My main responsibility is processing your order into production in a timely manner through our computerized data entry system. Once your order is in production you will receive a conformation of your order for your records via email or fax. I can help you with all your ordering needs, either over the phone, through email or fax. I help many customers daily and I hope that I will be able to assist you in the future.
